The Downland Partnership was created in the mid 1990s when three highly experienced surveyors came together to form the company. From their base in Ramsbury in Wiltshire, Bill Mowatt, David Steven and Tony Davies built an organisation that has always been a byword for quality and value.
In 1998 Downland became a limited company and grew in size, taking on ever more challenging projects. David Stevens was forced to leave the partnership in 2006 due to illness, leaving the directors Bill and Tony in charge.
In 2020, Bill and Tony took a step back, handing over the day to day operations to Robin Ault and Eduardo Vaquero, two long-standing members of the team.
The Downland Partnership is happy to work in most parts of the globe having already worked across Europe, North Africa and North America.
